I'm a young retiree/disabled. I spend most of my time making photos and walking dogs for a few bucks. The walking is good for me and I love dogs. I used to be a personal assistant to a big wig at Amtrak for 7 years and got bought out of my job in Aug. 01. Sept 11th came and wiped the job market clean. It affected me and my family deeply and ran as far from the east coast as we could and wound up here. it's a nice place, but frankly, I need more stimulation, more diversity, more ART! There just isn't enough of that here. So, I'm happy doing what I want on an artist/dog walker's salary, just getting by but doing what I want to do.

yeah. sucked ass. i'll leave the details to the story i plan to post on your page- but lets just suffice it to say that i informed my gap-toothed, GED-toting manager that he could take his VENTI HALF-CALF ATTITUDE, PUTRID GREEN APRON, AND MANDATORY "WE CAN DO IT BETTER" ATTITUDE AND SHOVE IT UP HIS GRANDE ASS.
I've just started a new gig/job {sept. 06} as Creative Director at an agency outside Philly named Refinery, we're about a 120 people, and do 100% interactive work, we're interactive agency of record for Campbells, pepperridge farms, V8, Prego, Pace Salsa, adn we have a larege Pharma division where we do work for Merck. We also do most the sites for Sony Picture Classics.Since moving to Jersey from Manhattan my commute is the same as going into NYC but just the opoosite direction with no traffic, I can ride my motorcycle to work along the Delaware river and I never need to get on a hwy the entire drive.nice rolling hills along the river going through farms and small towns. refinery is located a little south of New Hope, PA
I worked in a food packing plant while bumming around australia. I had the job of filling 20 liter buckets with yellow mustard, wacky thing is I still love yellow mustard.
Not sure which I'd rather be.....a Mutant Ninja Turtle in a video for a day, or a "meat packer" at a French Supermarket for a year....as the latter was UNDOUBTEDLY my worse job ever!!!! Up at 4am.....in a fridge at 5am.....out at noon...needless to say, I have not bought meat since.
back in the day when i was starting to work in front of the camera, i did one day music video as a teenage mutant ninja. the costume wieghed like 60lbs and the shell was another 40. the head had so many servo's i couldn't hear the music. i almost died from heat exhaustion. horrible. voice over looked much better after that.

ewwww- i hate even thinking about it!
I went to worstjobihad as the name aroused curiosity and find it interesting.
Maybe someday, soon, I’ll post my experience, too.
