Painting by Karin Teresa Fain-"Opera Unveiled" 2009 by Desiree Mays-Santa Fe Opera

My painting was recently published in a book called the"Opera Unveiled", by Desiree Mays published in 2009. The "Opera Unveiled", has sections on the upcoming opera season. The operas will be La Traviata, Alceste, The Elixer of Love, The Letter (World premier), and Don Giovanni. The book was published by Art Forms, Inc. Santa Fe and Salt Lake City 2009. My painting is in the front section on, The Letter. I depict Leslie the central figure in the opera. This world premier of The Letter, was based on a play by W. Sommerset Maugham with libretto by Terry Teachout and music by Paul Moravac. The opera will be performed this summer in Santa Fe. I will be selling copies of this paperback at Gallery 15, in The Company Store Antique Mall located in the Arts District in Norman, Ok.
