How often are you the first among your friends to try something new?
All the time
What do you want people to know most about you?
Artist Living and working in San Francisco.
Most of my work is non-representational due to the abstraction of color, shapes, typography and forms of overlapping textures. Living in San Francisco has had a major impact on my work. Decaying walls, shipyards, industrial sites, and buildings that have been abandoned have all been a big influence. The ageing, rust and marks on these surfaces are what I find fascinating and inspiring.
I tend to walk down by the Piers because I’m always guarantied to stumble or come across a surface that will catch my eye’s attention. Every time I head out I’m always caring my camera. I capture a variety of angles for a variety of compositions. Once I have a strong selection of photography that I can work with it’s back to the studio and time to start painting.
