- Ryan Ringer is a Toronto-based performance artist, curator, writer and director of Methinks Presents and Project 165.
His creative practice is a performance-based exploration of relational aesthetics, psychogeography, grassroots organization and immersive make-believe.
He creates interactive situations and events, usually in collaboration with others, for social interplay; teambuilding; the socio-professional development of emergent creators; and the confluence of art and everyday life.
Whether a free psychic reading, group roadtrips, mysterious encounters with mustachioed urban guerillas, or a little chitchat over espresso shots, his work is an opportunity for participants to transgress the usual, the common, the solid, and to enter a fluid geography of creativity.
