Naado is a fair trade boutique and gallery providing an artistic and creative network for the socially conscientious. The inspiration of Naado’s social network was to provide an outlet for artists of indigenous or disadvantaged peoples to promote their work and to use fair trade as a medium of social and economic security, furthermore, providing ethnic and cultural awareness in the process. However, the idea has evolved into a global network for individuals, artists, producers, companies and organizations to share information, ideas and projects. Naado is a strong believer in empowering the artists of the world to help them succeed and become self-reliant. We consider art, in any form, to be an encouraging medium for social and economic development, as well as cultural awareness.
