My name is Mona Moon, i am latin visual artist,46yo,member a artist`s family,25 years working with art,Ivan Serpa`s student and Parque Lage Visual Art School from Rio de Janeiro,Brazil,(www.eavparquelage.org.br).I work with paintings/drawings/print and photografy,performance and objects.... .,was in " 80`s Generation" ( art moviment ) were realised the " Money`s Rain" a big performance in centre of the city with big prints 1.80cmx80cm with old brazilian note.This work were about cenceptual trippod money/sex/power..

I work with photography(principal my work where i shoot myself in the mirror),prints (mix photography and digital drawings),paintings,drawings and objects.My principal theme is my sexuality and erotic art in general.

I made some exibitions in Brazil and in 2003 a first exibition in London, in Canning House/Latin Culture Centre, "The Saitns" about the popular brazilian esthetic...and a exibition "Geometry of Pleasure" in The brick Lane Gallery 19th to 31th Match 2008:



"The Geometry of Pleasure is a map..a emotion`s map...very deep emotions....a femine view about pleasure,sex and love....i tryed put in the rational,in the mesures and mathematics, one undiscriable sex love story.I hope so this work can help who can see insite there and understand this human`s geometry...a map for one travel...for the secret room of soul...."
