Self-portrait without the two Selves?

I just came across another photo of me hard at work doing henna. Accepting my natural inclination to hate all photos of me and moving past that, it was not the most flattering photo. I tend to work a bit hunched over, focused intently on fine detail...I end up looking like a frowning hag (apparently I haven't fully moved past my hatred of photos of me!). Photos I take of myself have that self-taken look with the arm in the picture or are grainy PhotoBooth photos. Ugh.
