- I am a domestic violence survivor who finally got out of the abusive relationship November 1, 2008. My art reflects much of what I've gone thru before, during and now. I am also a Yoruba priestess child of Obatala going on 29 years this year. I celebrate my life, my children, my womanhood, my triumphs, my dreams, my pain and my happiness thru my art.

Domestic Abuse & Art - My Torch
