Illustrator, Painter, Professional Creative, Photographer, Collector
How often are you the first among your friends to try something new?
All the time
What do you want people to know most about you?
I am a passionate, creative and spiritual artist. I am a fervid observer of existence and greedy to learn, I believe in the perseverance and for me to be a painter is more than a profession, it is a lifestyle.
The influences in my painting are diverse. I am mainly inspired by the “New figurative” movement (nouvelle figuration – Figuration narrative. Nowadays artistic intent is strongly influenced by the Street-art and by all these artists who refuse to fit in with the crowd. I am fascinated by their work and their artistic approach, in which they use the artistic creation like a mean to express their discontent towards some society facts and political situations, to taking position even against some decisions taken by world leaders. I claim myself of a popular urban culture, so I privilege a simple and direct style. My artistic intent is the result of my cultural crossbreeding; I want to establish a bridge between two cultures, creating a mixture of new figurative, pop-art and popular Latin American art. My use of shapes and figuration is my mean to observe the world in which I live. I want to inscribe my paintings in the temporality like a narration of my time.
