Video Competition for creatives with Lagerfeld in Jury

TheCrane.tv, an online video-magazine focused on contemporary culture, to be launched March‘09 is currently hosting a video competition for creative talent in our fields of Culture, Art&Design, Lifestyle, Fashion, Ideas, Travel and “Green”.

The Jury includes Karl Lagerfeld, Fernando Sulichin, Ora-Ito, Flavio Albanese and other high profile creatives. The deadline is 28th February 2009.

We’d like to give as many filmmakers the chance to participate and showcase themselves. We would be happy to include some of your films already on here in our video magazine website on its own contributor page (like a channel) and feature it. Of course it enters the competition as well.

The content and its creators will receive lots of exposure through our various distribution channels. For instance we are presenting at Burda’s DLD-Conference (www.dld-conference.com) end of January. Last year’s conference had 157 million media contacts. Also we are in discussions for mobile video distribution via various 3G networks incl China. There are a few TV and other online distribution deals in the making too.

All in all it's a great opportunity to get excellent films seen by more relevant people globally in an engaging way and get more work with partners that we collaborate with.
