Seeking Video Content Creators for new media start-up

We are a new media start-up called Adzoomi. We are along the lines of YouTube, but video content creators will be able to get paid for the videos they submit. We are gearing up to launch in April and are now looking to build our army of video ad developers.

This position is ideal for motivated, self-starters. You do not have to work on-site and you can work as many or as few hours as you want. Also, we are basing our search on talent alone. Whether you are a professional or just a YouTube hobbyist, if you think you can make video ads that will break free of the clutter, we want to know who you are. Following are some qualifications that will push you to the top of our list:

- You are someone who is ‘in the know’ about a lot of brands/products and your friends often turn to you for advice before making purchases.
- You have a knack for creating videos that your friends and co-workers or even strangers you never met love to watch over and over again.
- You are serious about developing your creative skills.
- You would like to get paid for those videos you are now making for free.
