Need a programmer for a proposal i'm working on. Attached is the pdf outlining the project requirements, content specs, monies involved and duration for project. If still interested let me know and we'll set up a time to meet soon. This could be a project on the side since it's an award we're going after. I'm on the LES. I am working on 2 ideas for it. Please visit the examples at the bottom of the pdf to see what their after. Hourly rates preferred.
