Illegal use of imagery

Anarchi is using my artwork and imagery for their own identity on BAP. I have asked them to remove my imagery. What are your thoughts on this?

What should be done about such infringements.

The site should step in and demand they remove the image from their personal icon. If they refuse the site should ban them from useing the site all together.

You can only use art you have the FULL rights to. If your badge image is not changed within the next 24 hours to one that meets this requirement we will have no other choice than to permanently ban you from Brooklyn Art Project. Please understand this is to protect the rights of all of our member artists.
