Art for Self Discovery Class

Creating an artwork with an intention allows one to put things in perspective, document and reflect upon life's moments and recognize the feelings and thoughts associated with imagery.
Using various art therapy techniques you will discover yourself in a fuller spectrum and will be able to gain insight into your everyday being, as well as to set goals and intentions leading to the life you envision for yourself.

In this class you will have an opportunity to learn many forms of art making such as sculpture, painting, assemblage and mask-making while finding your unique way of self-expression.

$35 intro session on 06/09/09
